CROSSFIT

New to CrossFit? You’re going to love it!

Start with a guided Bootcamp or PT Fundamentals sessions and then you can safely get stronger and improve your cardiovascular endurance with weightlifting, calisthenics and conditioning.

SWEAT

Sweat is aimed at making functional fitness truly accessible and helping you achieve your fitness goals, whether it be losing weight, building strength, or both; all performed with the encouragement and guidance of our coaches. All the movements are low skill and adaptable to your fitness level and goals

Hyrox

Hyrox is a groundbreaking fitness challenge that uses a training method that combines running and functional exercises designed for all fitness levels.

Hyrox will test strength, endurance, and mental toughness, delivering an unforgettable experience from the beginner to the fully experienced. 

Gymnastics

Our gymnastics is a structured program where individual learn and practice various gymnastics skills and techiques. Participants learn fundamental movements such as, balance strenght, flexibilitt and coordination.

Then taking these fundamentals into practice with kipping pull ups, toes-to-bar, handstand push ups and muscle ups.

Open Gym

Go for it! We’re here when you want to work on your fitness, strength and gymnastics. And if you want to up your game even more, just ask! Help is always on hand.

Beginners

Berserk Beginners focus on teaching foundational movements, technique and skill while gradually introducing participants to the intensity and structure of our main classes. Coaches provide guideance, support and modifications to ensure participants are moving safely and effectively.

These classes provide a welcoming environment for individuals with little or no previous experience to learn, progress and become comfortable with the training style.

Beginners run every 4 weeks.

We’re proud to be home to NI’s longest running CrossFit Youth Programme. Over the last 6 years, we’ve worked hard to develop an outstanding programme that improves young people’s movement, mood and motivation with all-inclusive strength and conditioning. It’s all here – for all kinds of kids:
